cancellation is not allowed, I do not tolerate those joy or bogus buyers. If you want to cancel your order you need to pay for the cancellation fee, the cancellation fee is 50% of your order total.

I allowed 3 days reservation for onhands but as much as possible I prioritize PAYO, if you failed to pay for the DOP that is given you need to pay for the late payment fee 50pesos per day (this is included the GOs).

refunds will be allowed if your items have been damage due to poor packaging, unboxing video are provided for proofs that it came to your address like that.

I will not be held responsible for any shipping delays, losses, or damages. As a seller, I already have no control over these. I will not issue refunds if the parcel is lost owing to the courier's error, especially in the case of shopee checkout.
